I was asked by a fellow blogger, Kumba {you can find her blog here}, if I would like to participate in her campaign to raise awareness. Of course it was an honor to be asked and something that should be brought to attention. Kumba spoke of how close this issue is to her heart and cancer in general is something that is close to me too as my uncle is currently going through cancer himself.
I decided to go with a lovely pink lip and keep the rest of my make up quite neutral so the lipstick really popped.
For my make up I used:
Avon Solutions BB Cream - I very rarely use foundation now after trying this, covers my skin great with a fresh look.
Seventeen Blush & Glow Blusher - I love this, it suits my pale skin, however I can't seem to get it anymore and I'm running out {sad face!}
Avon Super Extend Extreme Mascara - I love Avon make up it's always such good quality and this makes my lashes really long.
Avon Glimmer-stick Eyebrow pencil - This is retractable which is very handy and fills in my eyebrows in no time at all.
Pop Beauty Eye-shadow Palette - I actually got this in my Birchbox but it's fast become my favorite eye-shadows so will definitely be buying this when it runs out.
Avon Lipstick in Baby Doll - I love this colour, pinks have always been my favorite and this is no exception.
This is a great and easy way of getting involved and everyone can get involved by doing this, the more people that do get involved means even more awareness is spread. If you would like to get involved, you can make a donation, whether it be small or large every penny helps. You can make a donation to Cancer Research.
