These last couple of month's - much to my partner's distaste, I have been really getting into green tea and what's even better is I know just how good it is for me. I have been cutting back on the amount I eat recently and am really wanting to step up my fitness routine, I always hit my 10,000 steps Monday-Friday, but anything else helps right? So as I've been drinking green tea so much it got me wanting to write a post about all it's benefits.

When looking at fat burning supplements I have noticed that green tea is one of the ingredients and it's not hard to see why, green tea helps to burn fat and it can speed up your metabolic rate but this does depend on the individual.
The anti-oxidents in green tea can help to reduce breast cancer, prostate cancer and even colorectal cancer. This will only have full effect though if you drink it without milk. It can also help defend your brain against dementia and parkinson's disease.

Want to feel better in your self and help your body become healthier? I really do suggest drinking green tea, even just one cup everyday will do wonders for you over time.
