If you follow me on Instagram, you will know I recently got a blender and ever since I have been having smoothies every morning for breakfast. I thought I would share my favorite one so far with you and it's this banana and berry smoothie.
I love fruit and this is a great way to aim for your 5 a day!
What you will need:
Blender
One Banana (chopped)
Frozen berry mix
Apple Juice (150 ml)
It is super easy, just stick everything in your cup, stick the lid on and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass or even leave it in the sports cup and switch lid from the blender lid to the sports lid.
I would suggest if your drinking it out of a glass then a straw comes in handy, like an idiot I forgot to pick some up so after the next photo I had to stick it back into my sports cup to drink it (doh!)
It's super easy and so tasty! I'm sure you will love it.
